HELP & SUPPORT

How can we help?

Answers for routines, Health access, reminders and Apple Watch syncing.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need Apple Health?

No. Apple Health is optional. You can use VitalStreak as a standalone routine tracker and enable supported Health measurements whenever you choose.

Do I need an Apple Watch?

No. All core features work on iPhone. The Apple Watch app and complication provide convenient access to the same daily dashboard.

Why is a Health measurement showing zero?

Confirm that the measurement is enabled in VitalStreak and that read permission is enabled for VitalStreak in the Health app. The source device must also have recorded data for the current day.

How do I change a goal?

Open VitalStreak, select Settings, then open Health & Devices and choose Dashboard measurements. Select a measurement to enter a new daily target or set a different weekend target.

How do Rest Days work?

Rest Day mode intentionally pauses routine goals for the day while protecting your streak. Health information may continue updating. You can resume the routine from the dashboard if you change your mind.

Why did I not receive a reminder?

Check that notifications are allowed for VitalStreak, routine reminders are enabled in Settings, the routine has a reminder time, and it is scheduled for the current day.

Why is the Apple Watch waiting for iPhone?

Open VitalStreak on the paired iPhone and confirm the VitalStreak Watch app is installed. Keep both devices nearby while the first dashboard sync completes.

How do I remove my information?

You can delete individual routines inside VitalStreak. Deleting the app removes its locally stored app information. Health data remains managed by Apple Health and is not deleted when you remove VitalStreak.
